Partners · Schools, youth and community institutions

You already have the trust. HxDF brings the capability.

Schools, youth organizations, faith and community institutions, libraries, and community organizations already have relationships with the people HxDF wants to reach. HxDF brings curriculum, mentors, real projects, and measurement. Together, both do something neither could alone.

Partnership types

What HxDF brings. What you bring.

Every partnership is written down before it starts: scope, roles, schedule, and what success looks like.

Faith and community institutions

Relationship partners, not venues.

Churches, faith communities, and community institutions already serve families every week. HxDF treats them as the front door, not the room. Digital resilience nights for parents, student workshops, Family Digital Charter sessions, mentor recruitment, and referrals into HxDF programs, all delivered in the place families already trust.

How partnership works

Seven steps. Nothing assumed.

  1. 01

    Conversation

A short call about what you do, who you serve, and where technology is getting in the way or could help.

  2. 02

    Fit

We check the fit against our partner criteria: clear community benefit, a defined need, willingness to measure, and no expectation of unlimited free work.

  3. 03

    Pilot design

Together we define scope, schedule, roles, and what success looks like, in writing.

  4. 04

    Agreements

Safeguarding, data handling, media permissions, and responsibilities are agreed before anyone works with a young person.

  5. 05

    Delivery

HxDF delivers with your team, not around it.

  6. 06

    Measurement

Baseline first, then results. You get the evidence too.

  7. 07

    Renew or refine

Decide together whether to continue, change, or stop.

What we ask

Five things every partnership needs.

  1. 01A named coordinator on your side
  2. 02Students, families, or staff who want to be there
  3. 03Space and a schedule that works for your community
  4. 04Agreements on safeguarding, data handling, and media permissions before anyone works with a young person
  5. 05Honest feedback and permission to measure

What we will not do

Five things you will never have to worry about.

  1. 01Pitch you services. HxDF has nothing to sell.
  2. 02Collect information about your community that the program does not need.
  3. 03Run a youth program without safeguarding agreements in place.
  4. 04Publish anything about your organization or your participants without permission.
  5. 05Promise scale we have not earned.

Current partners

Seeking the first pilot partners.

HxDF is beginning in Oakland and the East Bay and is seeking its first pilot partners: schools and youth organizations with students, community institutions that families trust, and nonprofits with a real bottleneck. HxDF has no established local presence yet and does not claim one. Confirmed partners will be listed here with their permission, and only once an agreement exists.

No partner organizations are listed yet. Partners appear here once an agreement is signed, never while a conversation is in progress.
